Shipping + Returns
We cannot thank you enough for your support! In order to minimize our number of trips to the post office, we are packing and shipping all orders on Wednesdays. If you have questions about an order, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Orders are shipped within 2 weeks from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout. On occasion shipping charges are overestimated and we will refund the excess amount. We are happy to ship internationally, but all taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Interact is unable to reroute packages. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We’re sorry, but we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed unless there was a mistake on our end.
